month our Seasonal Chef will share knowledge with our customers, shoppers and
associates by offering interesting and effective marketing information about
fruits and vegetables. "Pick of the Market" features products that are in
good supply, with the best flavor profile for the time of year and have good
distribution. For the professional chef, we offer future quarterly product
recommendations for new foodservice menu development.
