What keeps you enthused and engaged at Four Seasons? I think the two biggest aspects of Four Seasons I enjoy is the teamwork and constant learning that takes place daily. The produce business reminds me of the stock market in the way the markets are always changing, which keeps everyone focused and anticipating the next move. Also, dealing with fresh produce forces me to think ahead and plan well to deliver a good customer experience. Lastly, I feel like I am truly helping people when I come to work in the morning by delivering healthy food to their store shelf.

Every day I am more and more impressed with the level of integrity, emphasis on customer relationships, and leadership that Four Seasons demands from its associates. What keeps you enthused and engaged at Four Seasons? There is no one easy answer to this question, but let's start with people – whether they are fellow associates, customers or vendor partners. We are fortunate enough to be involved in a fast paced ever changing industry that revolves around people and the relationships they have built over time. As a wholesaler of fresh produce in a very competitive environment these relationships are key to doing business on a daily basis not only from a sales and buying perspective but to interacting with fellow associates. Each day brings new opportunities and challenges and without these relationships and teamwork we would be challenged to fulfill our customers' needs and ultimately grow our business. Following right behind people would be the daily challenge to find ways to meet and exceed our goals and ultimately our customer's goals whether they are sales, profits, service levels or developing new ideas to help each other's businesses grow.

In your opinion, why do you think a customer should do business with us? Why do current customers continue to do business with us? If you were looking for a produce supplier in today's marketplace that could meet and exceed your needs you would probably be looking for one that offered not only fresh produce but services that would set them apart from their competitors to help you grow your business. There are very few produce wholesalers that offer a complete produce program that can meet the needs of a conventional retailer, wholesaler, organic market, co-op or chain. Four Seasons Produce carries a full variety of fresh produce both conventional and organic in multiple sizes and grades, stored in a state of the art warehouse with temperature controlled rooms. FSP has a knowledgeable sales and buying staff with many years of experience that is customer driven, supported by a merchandising team that calls on the retail and organic retail customer base to help give guidance to drive sales and profits. Fresh product is delivered on FSP's own fleet of trucks within 24 hours of the order being placed. Additional services in the form of computer generated reports that help track sales and movement by customer are offered as well. FSP also works very closely with its retail and wholesale partners holding individual annual business reviews to find new ways to drive sales and profits for both parties.

Current customers look at FSP as a trusted partner, they rely on FSP to have the product they need, in the grade and size needed and delivered in a timely fashion. They rely on the sales team and the relationships they have built to help steer them in the right direction, transportation (drivers) for on time deliveries and the merchandising team to be the eyes and ears to help them grow their business.

First and foremost the most exciting thing for me is the people that I interact with on a daily basis.
