Streamlining processes and economizing on timing is crucial to the produce
industry especially when volume is involved. Four Seasons' Co-Packing Program
assists companies, such as Sunkist and Tropicana, by packing produce according
to licensed specifications and by facilitating special packs as needed. The
production facility houses the most technically advanced equipment that can
accommodate a wide range of repacking, over-wrap or bagging. This
valuable service is essential to expedite distribution of products on a
national and global scale.
Our equipment includes:

One Color Sorter Sizer machine grades tomatoes and other commodities to exact
customer specifications.

Three Exact Over-Wrap and Weighing machines are capable of over-wrapping both
pulp and plastic trays while overlaying specific customized labels on the top
and bar-coded labels on the bottom.

Three NEWTEC Citrus Bagging machines bag citrus fruits both in polyurethane and
mesh bags ranging in sizes from #2 to #10.

One Pint Clamshell Filling machine for grape and cherry tomatoes, provides
customized labeling and bar-coding.
